About the hosts:
Ricky Stephens is the founder of the AgTech X co-working lab for Urban Farming and AgTech in Brooklyn. AgTech X is building a community of builders, researchers, and entrepreneurs exploring opportunities at the intersection of Urban Agriculture, Sustainability, & Technology.
Jonas Guenther started the vertical farming project “We are the new Farmers” at NYU. His team is currently building an experimental farm in the Makerspace to explore new ways of growing food in cities.
