The 2018 Tandon Capstone Competition deadline is fast approaching! All applications must be submitted by April 28th, 11:59pm.
Total prize money is $3,500, and teams can enter to win up to $1,000 in prizes in one of four categories:
- Best Design
- Highest Entrepreneurial Potential
- Greatest Social Impact
- Students’ Choice ($500)
If you are working on a project and at least 50% of your team members are enrolled in an undergraduate capstone course with a faculty advisor, you are eligible to apply!
To enter, you must create a 2 minute video describing your project and submit the link on the application form here.
The showcase will be on Monday, May 7th, from 5-7pm in the NYU MakerSpace. All teams who submit the application form are eligible to display their project in the MakerSpace and be nominated for the students’ choice award. The top 6 applications (as judged by the Capstone Committee) will also have the chance to pitch before industry judges for the other three awards.
