MakerSpace Manager and Adjunct Professor
Victoria Bill is the founding Manager of the NYU Tandon School of Engineering MakerSpace Lab. She is also an adjunct faculty member in the first-year engineering program, teaching EG 1003 Introduction to Engineering and Design. She received her master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in embedded systems, electromagnetics, and acoustics. Her research interests include IoT, wearable technology, and engineering education. She presents annually at the American Society for Engineering Education and the International Symposium on Academic Makerspaces.
Mentoring Office Hours: 2:00 - 4:00PM every other Thursday
MakerSpace Assistant Manager
Sean Kennon is the Assistant Manager of the NYU Tandon School of Engineering MakerSpace Lab. He received his bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University). He comes with several years of experience in the sign production and MakerSpace industries. Sean's interests include CAD to CAM, CNC, manufacturing, and hands-on experiential learning.
Mentoring Office Hours: 6:00 - 8:00PM every Thursday
Michael Knox is an Industry Professor at NYU. He completed his education at Polytechnic University where he received his Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering, Master of Science, Electrical Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy, Electrical Engineering. He is currently affiliated with NYU Wireless, Center for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications (CATT) and Tandon’s Convergence of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) Institute. He has also received the 2017-18 Distinguished Faculty Award. His research interests include wireless communications, software radio, RF and microwave components, antenna design, analog circuit design.

Anita Mohan is the Graduate Teaching Assistant at MakerSpace for the Fall 2018 semester. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Pune - India in Instrumentation and Control Engineering and is now pursuing her master’s in Industrial Engineering. She comes with several years of experience in the electronics & energy industry, including 4 years as a design engineer in the Oil & Gas Industry based in the middle-east. Her interests include solar technology, control system design, operations research and hands-on learning.

Shivam Bhardwaj is the Graduate Teaching Assistant at MakerSpace for the Fall 2018 semester. He a graduate student in Robotics who is currently leading NYU’s Self Driving team. With over 20 technical projects and five years’ experience in teaching, he has developed an acumen of swift troubleshooting. He has three patents including a baby stroller that can climb stairs!
